Holistic Weight Management
At Gourmet Wellness, we don’t believe that
dieting really solves weight problems.

But we do know that addressing the
underlying reasons for overeating and
overweight (as well as undereating and
underweight) can help people make
permanent changes – and live more
happily in their bodies .

Over the past two decades of supporting
clients, we have never seen two people with
the same “weight problem” – the issues
contributing to overweight (and underweight)
are absolutely unique to each person.

So we help identify the real causes, whether
these are nutritional, emotional, behavioral,
metabolic, or even spiritual. And we draw on
a well-equipped box of holistic tools to help
find the solutions:
recovery. Seeing you has increased my awareness of the mental habits around food I was in. I am
excited and it really has helped me so much as far as making food choices which I feel are informed and
healthy nutritious choices which I think is really important.  My thoughts and comments about food have
also changed, and I am much more aware of myself if I start to get into that helpless hopeless thing with
food, and I am no longer making statements about how I don't gain weight.  I feel I have lightened up on
