

| I was not feeling well and was getting fatter as I got older. Then I had a session with you and found out that certain things that I thought, and was told, were good for my body, were not. I stopped eating chicken, tofu/soy, tomatoes, whole grain breads, pork, peanuts and peanut butter and drinking selzter -- all items that I used daily or every other day. How would anyone know that these foods actually caused my blood type to gain weight? Now my weight is stable and I eat from a larger selection of foods than I ever thought possible.
